Safe Perch Exotic Avian Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and responsible rehoming of exotic companion birds. Our mission is to provide birds in need with safe, individualized care while promoting ethical rescue practices, biosecurity, and lifelong adoption success.

We operate through a network of approved foster homes to ensure proper quarantine, health monitoring, and species-appropriate care, minimizing the risk of disease transmission and supporting each bird’s physical and emotional well-being.
